Venu Appoints Terri Liebler President Of Growth And Strategy And Names Tom Ashley President of Real Estate And Development

Venu Holding Corporation appointed industry veteran Terri Liebler as President of its newly created Growth and Strategy Division and named Tom Ashley President of Real Estate and Development. The moves mark a major step in Venu’s market growth and strategic development.

Liebler will lead initiatives focused on venue development, partnerships and revenue. Prior to joining Venu, where until recently she held the title of Chief Marketing Officer, Liebler spent 22 years at Live Nation, where she held the post of SVP in the Media and Sponsorship Division.

Liebler’s appointment and the creation of the Growth and Strategy Division underscores the company’s mission of developing premium venues in high-growth, underserved markets while creating new ownership opportunities in live entertainment offered to music fans and investors through real estate and Reg A+ Preferred offerings.

In her new role, Liebler will spearhead strategic initiatives focused on building key partnerships with industry stakeholders, developing revenue streams and advancing venue development in priority markets.

Ashley’s new role includes leading the company’s nationwide expansion by overseeing all real estate acquisitions, construction financing and project development. He’ll also guide the execution of an exclusive three-year agreement with Ryan, LLC to launch eight new strategic markets each year.

Prior to joining Venu, Ashley served as CEO of HighAltitude Equipment in Colorado Springs and held executive leadership roles at regional banking institutions in both Colorado and Kansas.
