VENU, Tixr Ink 4 Venue Deal

Ticketing and e-commerce company Tixr will be the official ticketing and integrated commerce partner for four of VENU’s premium music halls.

The deal includes The Hall at Bourbon Brothers in Gainesville, Georgia; Phil Long Music Hall in Colorado Springs, Colorado; The Hall at Bourbon Brotherst in Centennial, Colorado, targeted for a 2026 opening; and a future. as-yet-unnounced property.

Under the terms of the agreement, VENU will utilize Tixr’s unified e-commerce platform, which enables fans to purchase tickets, parking, merchandise, food and beverage, and more, from within the Tixr interface. The platform will provide VENU with tools that provide fans the ability to build and customize their experiences before and during events. Fans will also have the ability to join waitlists and list tickets for sale for sold out inventory at VENU music halls and enjoy post-purchase flexibility to initiate upgrades, send items to friends, and return items for credits.

Also as part of the deal, Tixr has provided a capital contribution to VENU. which the companies say cement a “long-term alignment” between them.
