Khruangbin Announces Intimate November Tour

Khruangbin is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its debut full-length album, The Universe Smiles Upon You, with an intimate tour across the U.S. made up of club and theatre shows.
The anniversary tour starts with two nights at The Heights Theater in Houston Nov. 5-6. Stops include New York’s Webster Hall, Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club, Chicago’s Metro, Seattle’s Neptune Theatre and San Francisco’s The Regency Ballroom. The last shows are booked at Los Angeles’ The Fonda Theatre Nov. 24-25.
The psychedelic rock trio is working with various ticketing companies – including Ticketmaster, AXS and Seated – with registration open now for members of its fan club, The Krhu, through Monday, Oct. 13.
“To try and ensure tickets go directly to you, The Khru, purchases will be available through a ticket registration system,” the band said in a group statement. “Only members of The Khru will be eligible to purchase during this window. We’re so glad you’re here. Registration varies between shows, and the instructions may not be the same for each city. … We cannot wait to share this moment with you. – Laura, Marko, and DJ.”
Khruangbin, whose name translates to “airplane” in Thai, released its fourth studio album, A LA SALA, in April 2024 via Dead Oceans and Night Time Stories. That year, the group was nominated for a Grammy for Best New Artist.
The band’s most recent trek, “A LA SALA Tour,” took place from February through September and included shows at amphitheaters such as Austin, Texas’ Moody Amphitheater April 22-23 and the Santa Barbara Bowl in California May 21-22. The two Santa Barbara shows, which were promoted by Goldenvoice and AEG Presents, sold a total of 8,789 tickets and grossed $734,924.
Khruangbin, which was featured on the cover of Pollstar in 2019, is represented by Arrival Artists’ Ethan Berlin and John Bongiorno. The trio is managed by AND Artist Management’s Annie McIntyre.
