Lorde Adds ‘Ultrasound Tour’ At Kia Forum

As Lorde continues her “Ultrasound World Tour” in support of her fourth studio album, Virgin, which arrived earlier this year, the New Zealand singer announced a new date at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, on May 14. Tickets for the newly announced date go on sale Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. PT, with presales running from Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. PT to Oct. 28 at 10 p.m. PT.

The tour kicked off in September, and will first land at the Kia Forum on Oct. 17, with the show already sold out. The upcoming performance marks Lorde’s first time headlining the venue.

Three dates from Lorde’s “Ultrasound World Tour” have been submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, including a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 1, which sold 13,740 tickets, grossing $1.6 million, and two nights at The Anthem in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 4 and 5, which sold a total of 12,000 tickets, grossing a total of $1.9 million.

Lorde is managed by Crush Music and is booked by Wasserman Music in North and South America, and by CAA worldwide (excluding the Americas). Since launching her career back in 2013, Lorde has submitted 95 headline reports to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, with a total of 575,358 tickets in all, making a total gross of $37.1 million. On average, the singer sells 6,056 tickets per night, with an average gross of $391,103.
