Bruno Mars Shatters Ticket Sales Records With Unprecedented Demand for ‘The Romantic Tour’

2026 is shaping up to be another big year for stadiums, and Bruno Mars is the one leading the charge. The global superstar set a single-day ticket sales record for Live Nation across North America, Europe and the U.K., and he also shattered a Ticketmaster record by moving 2.1 million tickets in a single day.

The demand the “The Romantic Tour” was so high that Mars, who is represented by John Marx of WME, added 32 dates, adding additional shows in markets like Atlanta, Las Vegas, Madrid, Milan, the Bay Area, Chicago and Detroit. He will be playing four nights in Toronto, Amsterdam, East Rutherford and Inglewood, and Mars will perform six nights at London’s Wembley Stadium.

The tour kicks off April 10 in Las Vegas and runs through October, wrapping up with a three-night stand at BC Place in Vancouver.

Nine-time Grammy winner Anderson .Paak will perform as DJ Pee Wee and join Mars on the road, reuniting the Silk Sonic collaborators. Mars will also be counting on Victoria Monét, RAYE and Leon Thomas as special guests in select markets.

Mars has played a number of live shows in the past few years but hasn’t formally gone on tour since 2018’s “24K Magic Tour.” He had a residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM and opened the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, in August of 2024, with two sold-out shows and a surprise on-stage duet with Lady Gaga. He also performed seven sold-out concerts at Tokyo Dome, played 14 stadium shows across five Brazilian cities and reopened Mexico City’s Estadio GNP Seguros with three sold-out concerts that grossed nearly $18.4 million, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.

The superstar is embarking on his first-ever stadium trek to promote his fourth solo album, The Romantic, which will be released on all platforms Feb. 27 via Atlantic Records.

Mars is managed by Gorilla Management and booked by WME’s John Marx. With 388 headline reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice, with 7.7 million tickets sold, grossing a total of $946.6 million. On average, Mars has sold 20,076 tickets per show, with an average gross of $2.4 million. Mars recently maintained a residency at Dolby Live at Mark MGM Las Vegas, with consistent sell-outs.
