Greatest Hits
“In the past year, we’ve had numerous highlights and successes at Kaseya Center. We’ve maintained our status as the No. 1 venue in Florida and are ranked in the top 20 worldwide. We’ve hosted multi-night sellout shows totaling thousands of attendees. Our artist-first approach, meticulous attention to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and dedication to supporting promoters have ensured that events consistently exceed ticket sales are key to our success.
“Looking ahead, I am particularly excited about the sustainability initiatives we are continuing to build at Kaseya Center. This past year, we partnered with Rescue a Reef to support coral restoration efforts, and I’m incredibly proud of the positive impact we’ve made on our local environment through that collaboration.”
Live Beginnings
“I’m a third-generation member of the music industry, so live entertainment has always been part of my DNA. My father and grandfather both worked in record labels and artist management, which gave me early exposure to the business side of music but also to the passion and hustle behind it. I started my career working with major talent agencies and promoters, learning the touring ecosystem from the ground up. Those early years taught me how every department, from booking to marketing to operations, plays a role in an artist’s success. What ultimately inspired me to stay in live entertainment is the energy of the room, that moment when the lights go down and thousands of people share one experience. There’s nothing like it.”
Women’s World
“The state of women in the live industry today is one of both opportunity and challenge. More women are stepping into executive roles, leading venues, agencies and tours and bringing collaborative, innovative leadership styles that are reshaping the business. I see opportunity in mentorship and pipeline development ensuring young women entering the business have access and visibility. The more we create pathways and support systems, the stronger and more inclusive our industry becomes.”
