Bravado Names Matt Young CEO, Merch Company Strengthens Leadership Team

Merchandise and lifestyle company Bravado has announced the promotion of President Matt Young to CEO and the addition of Eric Mackay as general manager, Dan Goldberg as SVP of strategy and new ventures and the promotion of Amy Zaglauer to SVP, artist strategy.

Young, who joined Bravado as president in 2021, is based in New York and will continue to report to Universal Music Group COO Boyd Muir. Mackay joins from Warner Chappell Music where he served as EVP of global digital strategy and has previous experience at VEVO, CELAS, White Noise and Integral Management.

Goldberg, taking a new role as senior vice president of strategy & new ventures, comes from Fanatics where he led the music and entertainment division and previously served as SVP of Warner Music Artist Services.

Zaglauer, promoted to senior vice president of artist strategy, will continue to serve as a key liaison to artists and their teams. She joined Bravado in 2021 with previous experience at Atlantic, Warner and Fueled by Ramen. Rachel Redfearn will continue in her role as Senior Vice President of A&R, a position she has held since 2023 and continue to lead the company’s effort to sign new artists.

Young, Zaglauer and Goldberg will be based in New York City, while Mackay will be based in Los Angeles and Redfearn in London.
