A somewhat ordinary average guy, Joe Walsh has never been one to walk away from a headlining engagement. Next month he heads out to pursue his own muse, perhaps spending some time in the meadows or reacquainting himself with the days he was living a life of illusion where he insisted everything must be done the Rocky Mountain way. The guitar-slinger plays Austin, Texas, at Bass Hall Oct. 11; Houston’s Verizon Theatre Oct. 12; Oklahoma City at the Zoo Amphitheatre Oct. 14; Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa / Event Ctr. Oct. 22 and Cleveland’s Palace Theatre Oct. 26.
