Dave Matthews Caravan Sets New NYC Dates

The Dave Matthews Band Caravan festival was originally scheduled to play New York City’s Governors Island Aug. 26-28. But Mom Nature came calling in the form of last weekend’s Hurricane Irene. Although the festival played the first day, it was forced to postpone Aug. 27 & 28.

Now the Caravan has three replacement dates – Sept. 16, 17 & 18  – and a new venue – Randalls Island on the East River. While the lineup is still being worked out, Dispatch will perform Sept. 16-17.

All original tickets, including those purchased for the date that did play, will be honored on the new dates. All three-day general admission and VIP packages purchased for the August dates will also be honored.
