Ben Harper Giving It His All

Ben Harper has more places to hit up as he tours in support of his upcoming album, “Give Till It’s Gone.”

Newly announced North American headline dates begin Aug. 25 at San Francisco’s Warfield Theatre. The trek wraps with two shows Oct. 4-5 at 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C.

The singer/songwriter has also lined up performances in Bend, Ore. (Aug. 26); Redmond, Wash. (Aug. 27); Las Vegas (Sept. 3); Del Mar, Calif. (Sept. 4); Philadelphia (Sept. 28) and New York (Oct. 1).

Canadian shows include gigs at Vancouver’s Malkin Bowl (Aug. 28) and Montreal’s Metropolis (Sept. 27).

Previously announced North American dates are booked for June 4 through July 8. Upcoming festival appearances include slots at Wakarusa Festival in Ozark, Ark. (June 4); Summerfest in Milwaukee (July 3); Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest in Ottawa, Ontario (July 6); Festival D’ete de Quebec in Quebec City, Quebec (July 8); and Dohney Days in Dana Point, Calif. (Sept. 10).

Tonight Harper performs in Milan, Italy at Teatro Ciak. Additional European shows are set for July 16 through Aug. 7.

Give Till It’s Gone is set for release May 17 on Virgin Records.

Select dates are on sale now. Additional shows go on sale beginning Friday, May 13.
