Britney & Enrique Team Up For Summer
Today’s a big day for Spears. Her March 27 free show at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Auditorium aired on ABC’s “Good Morning America” this morning, the same day her seventh studio album, the critically acclaimed Femme Fatale, hit stores.
Life ain’t too shabby for Iglesias, either. Currently touring Europe, Iglesias’ single “Tonight” featuring Ludacris went double-platinum, no easy accomplishment in today’s file-sharing, CD-ripping world.
Presented by Live Nation, the tour begins in Sacramento at the Power Balance Pavilion (formally known as the ARCO Arena) June 17. Other dates include San Jose at the HP Pavilion June 18; Los Angeles at Staples Center June 20; Anaheim at Honda Center June 24 and Las Vegas at MGM Grand Garden Arena June 25.
The Pacific Northwest is next with Spears and Iglesias appearing in Portland, Ore., at the Rose Garden Arena June 28; the Tacoma Dome June 29 and Vancouver at Rogers Arena July 1. Other cities on the routing include Winnipeg (July 4), Chicago (July 8), Houston (July 13), Atlanta (July 17), Miami (July 22), Auburn Hills near Detroit (July 28), Philadelphia (July 30) and E. Rutherford, N.J. (Aug. 5). Last stop on the schedule is Toronto at the Air Canada Centre Aug. 13. Expect more dates to be announced.
Tickets go on sale April 9 for San Jose, Chicago, Houston, Miami, Auburn Hills, Uniondale, East Rutherford and Toronto. Visit BritneySpears.com and EnriqueIglesias.com for more information.
