Foos Sue Aussie Realtor
The Foo Fighters initiated legal action against Australian property estate agents Re/Max.
The band claims two TV ads screened downunder ripped off “a substantial part” of its song “Learn To Fly.”
The Foos seek unspecified damages, interest and costs. The matter will be heard in August in the Federal Court.
An Australian Re/Max representative said the music for the ads came from an American contractor hired by their Denver headquarters, which is also named in the lawsuit.
