Eagles/Chicks/Urban Cancel Penn

The stadium outing featuring Eagles, Dixie Chicks and Keith Urban is a couple of stops lighter today with the announcement that the tour’s only Pennsylvania dates – June 14 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia and June 15 at Hershey Stadium – are canceled.

Refunds are available at point of purchase.

No reason was given for the cancellations. In April, Live Nation announced the tour’s Washington D.C. stop was canceled because of scheduling conflicts.

Speaking of Eagles, the band has rescheduled shows it missed because of bassist Timothy B. Schmit’s recent illness. Portland, Ore., is now set for May 29, Nampa, Idaho, for May 30 and Vancouver, British Columbia, for June 1.
