As if seeing one of America’s top bands isn’t enough, Bon Jovi has upped the summer heat by adding special guest Kid Rock to the bill.

Bon Jovi also added new dates in select markets for the AEG Live-produced “The Circle Tour” including second shows in Chicago (July 31) and Toronto (July 21) and a fourth show at the new Giants Stadium in E. Rutherford, N.J. Tickets for the new dates go on sale April 12.

The band has also partnered with streaming service Ustream to webcast its April 11 Dallas show starting at 8 p.m. EDT. Included in the webcast will be four live, streaming songs and a pre-taped concert reel that includes footage of Kid Rock joining Bon Jovi on stage when the band played the Detroit area last month.

Speaking of Kid Rock – the dates he’s appearing with Bon Jovi are July 9 in E. Rutherford at Giants Stadium; July 15 in Edmonton at Commonwealth Stadium; July 17 in Winnipeg at Canada Inns Stadium; July 20-21 in Toronto at Rogers Centre; July 24 in Foxboro, Mass., at Gillette Stadium; July 28 in Regina, Saskatchewan, at Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field and July 30-31 in Chicago at Soldier Field.

Bon Jovi is also giving up-and-coming bands a chance to open for them through it’s “Bon Jovi’s Wanted: A SuperBAND Tonight!” promotion where one local band in each market will get the nod to open for Jon, Richie and the boys.
