Cole was paid $15,000 up front for the 2006 no-show, according to the promoter and, in the end, was ordered by a New Jersey judge to fork over $160,000, according to TMZ.

The judge called Cole’s testimony “confused at at times nonsensical” and questioned her literacy because she would not read documents while testifying, according to the Web site.

He apparently rescinded that accusation when she read documents that were considered helpful to her case.
