Scheduled To Appear – 3/4
PiL will be the musical guest on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” April 7, playing the Bud Light Golden Wheat Outdoor Stage.
The last time PiL was on American TV was on “The Dennis Miller Show” in 1992. We gotta admit, we remember the band more than we remember the show.
The 2010 tour commemorates the 30th anniversary of the band’s first U.S. tour as well as their American TV debut on Dick Clark’s “American Bandstand.” Yeah, that’s right, America’s oldest living teenager with Johnny Rotten. You gotta love it.
The band has also added three more dates to the U.S. tour – April 28 in Pontiac, Mich., at the Crofoot Ballroom; April 30 in Milwaukee at the Pabst Theatre and May 16 in Northampton, Mass., at Pearl Street.
