Kanye Goes Viral
Unless you’ve been locked up at Gitmo during the past couple of days you already know West has been vilified for interrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for winning MTV’s Video Music Award for best female video. But just in case you’re short-term memory challenged, here’s a clip of Kanye in action.
But Swift wasn’t the only person to experience West’s interposing ways, as these newly uploaded YouTube videos attest.
Maybe you didn’t catch it last week, but here’s a clip proving West interrupted President Obama addressing a joint session of Congress about health care.
But West didn’t stop with Obama. Instead, he cornered TV pundit Bill O’Reilly and gave the conservative talker a good dose of Kanye Interuptus (Warning! Audio may be NSFW).
For those of you thinking West interrupting Swift’s acceptance speech was because he dislikes country music, think again. This next clip involving Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor proves Kanye is an equal opportunity disrupter.
And in what may be the most vile and discourteous interruption of all, West even managed to interject himself into the life of one of the greatest Internet celebs of all time, as shown in this next clip.
Now don’t get us wrong. We’re not dissing Kanye. But we want to point out that chronic interrupting might be one of the signs of the impending demise of civilization as we know it, and there’s a good chance West is interrupting someone somewhere even as you read this.
What’s worse, there’s no telling where West may strike next. Heck, he may even interrupt you when you least expect it. Consider yourself warned.
