“HardDrive” Hits The Road
The tour kicks off Sept. 22 at Northern Lights in Albany, N.Y., and is scheduled to hit more than 40 markets across North America before wrapping in mid-November.
Also on the bill for the run are From Sword to Sunrise and Taking Dawn.
In addition to sets by all five bands, “HardDrive” host Lou Brutus will be on-hand for several dates to work elements from his radio show into the concert.
Tickets for some dates go on sale Aug. 15, with the remainder on sale Aug. 21. Local radio affiliates will also be giving away tickets, meet and greet passes and VIP packages.
“HardDrive,” which debuted in 1996, is the country’s longest running new rock show and is broadcast on 125 radio stations nationally. The popular two-hour weekend show has also generated a Monday through Friday spin-off, “HardDrive XL.”
