Today’s Forecast: Dead Weather
Want to hear Jack White’s new band Dead Weather before the debut album Horehound drops in stores next week? iLike is streaming the album all the livelong day.
And we have two good reasons why you should head over there today. First is the stream is for today only. Once the calendar clicks over to Thursday the stream will be gone.

The second reason is one listen may not be enough, so you don’t want to wait until almost midnight tonight to give it a first listen.
iLike is streaming Horehound on its own Web site as well as its Facebook platform and other social networking sites.
White’s second post-White Stripes band consists of Alison Mosshart from The Kills, Raconteur Jack Lawrence and Dean Fertita from Queens of the Stone Age. Produced by White, Horehound appears on his Third Man Records label and is the first recorded at White’s Nashville studio. What’s more, White plays drums on the album and shares vocals with Mosshart. Horehound lands in stores July 14.
