As reported earlier today, Brown’s attorney – Mark Geragos – had asked the state supreme court to order that the prelim scheduled for Monday, June 22 be postponed. An appeals court had already rejected an earlier request to delay the hearing.
So it’s back to court for Brown. Monday’s preliminary hearing is to determine whether there is enough evidence for Brown’s case to go to trial.
For those of you who managed to avoid the media storm caused by the case, Brown was arrested in February during the weekend of the Grammy Awards for allegedly beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
