Dexter Holland has something to scowl about as The Offspring plays a set at Switzerland’s Gampel open air festival.

Alkaline Trio, Street Dogs, Shiny Toy Guns, Dropkick Murphys, Pennywise and Sum 41 will take turns opening for The Offspring.

Don’t worry, nothing has changed with the guys. They’re still singing about girlfriends who have issues and kids that aren’t alright. In case you were wondering, this tour is called “S**t is F***ed Up.” The title is appropriate considering the state of our country’s economy and maybe that’s what The Offspring was going for since the tour was announced via a widget on the band’s Web site featuring a mock “presidential address” by frontman Dexter Holland.

President Holland, huh? I wonder what he would suggest to fix the economy? I bet the first step would be to stimulate the economy by buying some tickets to a punk rock show.

Tickets for select dates of the tour are on sale now on the band’s Web site Offspring.com.
