“State of Emergency” Forces Celine Dion Resched
Tonight’s Celine Dion concert at the RBC Center in Raleigh, N.C., has been postponed until tomorrow night (1/21/2009) because of a “state of emergency” declared by that state’s governor, according to the Fayetteville Observer.

Gov. Bev Perdue declared the state of emergency after a winter storm created hazardous driving conditions. What’s more, any snow that melted today is expected to freeze tonight, making driving even more dangerous than during the daylight hours.
Tickets for tonight’s show will be honored tomorrow night, and refunds are available for those who can’t make tomorrow night’s performance.
