Before we continue we’d like to add to yesterday’s post about the John Doe / Kathleen Edwards tour. Specifically, the November 7 date at New York’s Carnegie Hall is a a special show and is part of the WFUV Live at Zankel series at Carnegie.
The Eagles are still trying to reschedule that Houston date that was postponed due to Hurricane Ike. In the meantime the band has slotted new dates for Memphis, Washington, DC, and Dallas. The Dallas gig is on November 15 at American Airlines Center, Memphis has ’em at the FedEx Forum on November 16 and the Verizon Center in DC hosts the boys on November 20.
Clint Black updates this afternoon with new dates for both this year and next. New 2008 show listings are November 13 in Hamilton, Ontario, at Hamilton Place, November 14 in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, at Pepsi-Cola Roadhouse and Torrington, Connecticut, on November 15 at Warner Theatre. 2009 listings include February 7 in Austin, Texas, at Palmer Events Center, April 23 in Easton, Pennsylvania, at State Theatre Center For The Arts, April 26 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, at American Music Theatre and Vegas on June 26 at The Orleans Hotel & Casino.
Dub Trio adds new listings for November and December. New on the routing is November 11 in Providence, Rhode Island, at the Living Room, November 12 in Allston, Massachusetts, at Harpers Ferry, November 13 in Asbury Park at Asbury Lanes, November 20 in Hamtramck, Michigan, at Small’s, November 21 in Chicago at Subterranean, November 25 in Denver at Larimer Lounge and December 2 in Portland, Oregon, at Doug Fir Lounge.
Finally, we have a few new Euro listings for Ben Folds – November 26 in Frankfurt, Germany, at Mousonturm, November 27 in Berlin at Kesselhaus and December 1 in Ipswich, England, at Ipswich Regent Theatre.
