The Best Offense Is A Big Tour
The band is currently finishing a run with Bloc Party, with upcoming appearances including tonight at the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles, August 2 at Lollapalooza in Chicago’s Grant Park, and August 8 at Webster Hall in New York City.
Next up is a pair of shows August 9-10 at Summer Sonic in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, followed by a handful of European festival stops, including Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium, Lowlands in The Netherlands and the Reading and Leeds Festivals in the U.K.
A month-long North American headlining run kicks off with a pair of opening slots for Nine Inch Nails: August 27 at Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J., and August 29 at The Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.
Other stops include Les Saints in Montreal (September 2), DC9 in Washington, D.C. (September 5), Subterranean in Chicago (September 10), Monolith Festival at Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver (September 14), San Diego Street Scene (September 20) and the Troubadour in West Hollywood, Calif. (September 22).
In October, the band heads home to the U.K. for another month of dates that features stops in Manchester, York, Leeds, Brighton, Swansea, Glasgow and London.
