The third annual evening will take place July 12 at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles and will be taped for broadcast July 17 on the network.

Additional performers, presenters and special guests will be announced as they are confirmed.

Presale tickets go on sale June 6 to Wholigans, members of the band’s fan club, at TheWho.com, with presales for members of Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam’s fan clubs going on sale June 7 at FooFighters.com and PearlJam.com respectively.

General tickets, priced at $300, $125 and $65, go on sale June 8 at Ticketmaster.com, with a limit of four tickets per person.

VIP packages and deluxe travel packages are also available.

Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit several charities including The Who’s Double O, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation and VH1 Classic Rock Autism.
