Mondays…

Yeah, we know. It’s the worst day to get out of bed and face the world. The weekend and all of its fun is but a memory and now you have to get down to brass tacks and face the ol’ Monday-through-Friday, nose-to-the-grindstone reality.

That’s why we have tour dates. To take the edge off of the cold, cruel world and give you hope for the coming days, weeks, months, even years, ahead. So take a break, tell your boss you’re working, and feast your Monday-sore eyes on these babies.

We have new dates for Jonas Brothers. See them in the Twin Cities on February 20, in Louisville, Feb. 24, St. Louis on Feb. 25, Hidalgo, TX, on March 1, Lafayette on March 2 and Grand Prairie, TX, on March 4. Some of the Brothers’ shows are two on the same day so pay attention to show times when buying tickets.

Good Charlotte cruises through Europe and the U.K. during March and April. Shows on the continent include Munich on March 7 and Prague on March 30, while U.K. gigs include Edinburgh on April 6 and London on April 12.

W.A.S.P. adds March shows in Mexico; Walter Trout fattens up his April / May calendar with shows in Tacoma, San Francisco, St. Louis and Kansas City; Testament adds NY, NJ, CA, NV for April; Europe for June; Gilby Clarke plays Green Bay’s Oneida Casino during the first week of March and Dickey Betts & Great Southern rolls into Annapolis on February 28.

During the first 90 minutes of biz we also updated the schedules for David Grisman Quintet, David Grisman Bluegrass Experience, Classic Rock All Stars, BulletBoys, Blitzen Trapper, , Confederate Railroad, John Anderson, Juanes, L.A. Guns, Merle Haggard, Pnuma Trio, Steady Rollin’ Bob Margolin, Skid Row, Will Bernard, The Meteors and The Virgins.

But that’s just the first dose of data and we have more tour dates to post! Check out the latest concert information in your Midday Update, scheduled for around 12 noon (PST), from Pollstar.com!
