Sir Richard Branson previously announced that headliners The Police and TheSmashing Pumpkins will appear as well as the Beastie Boys. Now, all the acts have been confirmed and more than 40 artists ranging from Cheap Trick to Modest Mouse are on the bill. .

Tickets for the two-day event go on sale May 5 through Ticketmaster and are $175 for general admission and $450 for VIP.

Single day tickets, if still available, will go on sale May 19 for $97.50 general admission and $250 VIP.

“Our fantastic line-up will be sure to excite festival-goers of all ages,” said Branson, whose entrepreneurial focus in on the environment. “We’re going to redefine cool at one of the hottest and greenest destinations for live music this summer.”

Local indie promoter Seth Hurwitz of I.M.P. said, “With two stages and a dance tent, we’re very selective about our line-up. It’s all about quality over quantity, the flow of the event and how the bands overlap. With the limited slots available, we have to keep it A-list talent from top to bottom.”
