The Good, The Bad And The Tour
Damon Albarn will bring his latest project – The Good, The Bad & The Queen – to North America for a round of March concerts along with an appearance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival .
The Blur alum and his new bandmates – Paul Simonon of The Clash, Simon Tong of The Verve, and Afrobeat legend Tony Allen – will land in Toronto March 11 at Kool Haus. They’ll hit New York City and Washington, D.C., on the way to South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, where they’ll play a March 16 gig at Stubb’s Barbeque. They stop New Orleans two days later, then return in late April for the Coachella fest in California.
The band has promised more dates forthcoming.
The Good, The Bad & The Queen played its first show last October in London and released its self-titled debut album in late January.
