Indigenous Sounds
Native American rock group Indigenous is planning to stay on the road well into September with a mix of theatres, festivals and casinos and more.
The band will cover the Southwest and West Coast extensively, along with gigs in the South and Great Lakes region. Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver and Dallas are among the major cities on the itinerary.
Dates stretch through September 23, when the group will play the River Front Amphitheater in St. Louis, Mo.
Indigenous comprises brothers Mato and Pte, their sister Wandbi and cousin Horse. The four Nakota Sioux Nation members grew up together on a reservation in South Dakota.
Last year, Indigenous played a number of headlining gigs across the country in addition to appearances with Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers and Buddy Guy.
