More Mode
WIth nearly 75 European dates booked in the coming months, one might think U.S. fans would have to wait a while before the next Depeche Mode visit.
However, the band has a healthy gap in its schedule from April through May, and it looks as though that space will be filled with North American tour dates.
An April 27 concert has been confirmed for Mountain View, Calif.’s Shoreline Amphitheatre, as well as a headlining slot at Coachella two days later.
Although no further dates have been announced, a tour announcement is expected shortly.
Depeche Mode has sold out nearly 70 stadiums and arenas in 30 countries on its European tour. The band packed arenas across the U.S. in November and December with help from opening acts The Raveonettes and The Bravery.
The group is supporting its 11th album, Playing The Angel.
