The rock/hip-hop star is coming to the United States, making him the first Chinese artist of the genre to tour the country.

House of Blues Tours & Talent is promoting the 10 shows, which begin in San Francisco on October 7. Other stops include New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Houston

Kevin Morrow, senior VP of entertainment for House of Blues put it this way: “Chang Cheng-Yue is unbelievable. He will blow your mind. This tour is going to be amazing and unlike anything you’ve seen before.”

In China, the musician’s sound and popularity earns him comparisons to Incubus, Blink-182 and Robbie Williams. He has sold more than three million albums and plays for crowds of more than 40,000 in China and Taiwan.
