Gimme A KISS
Fresh off their successful co-headlining tour with Aerosmith, KISS have announced they’re returning to the road this summer with a new show, new stage and a set list featuring some “rarely heard gems” from the band’s catalog.
The masters of excess boast that they’ve left 2.5 tons of greasepaint, 4,362 gallons of fake blood, 3,400 smashed guitars and tons of explosives and lights in their wake throughout 30 years of concerts.
This year’s lineup consists of vocalist/bassist Gene Simmons, vocalist/guitarist Paul Stanley, guitarist Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer on drums.
The tour kicks off June 10 in San Antonio, with “The Greatest Rock ‘N’ Roll Show On Earth” hitting amphitheatres across the nation through early August.
Joining KISS on all dates will be glam-rock icons Poison, featuring original members Bret Michaels, Bobby Dall, C.C. DeVille and Rikki Rockett.
