The annual Coca-Cola-presented event will take place April 19 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nev., and will serve as the last stop on Bon Jovi’s American tour before the band heads across the pond for a couple months of European dates.

“I grew up listening to Bon Jovi, and I’m really looking forward to seeing them live,” said Tiger Woods, who will be serving as host as well as namesake for the event. “It means a lot to me that Jon and the guys have joined in my efforts to support today’s youth through Tiger Jam.”

The Tiger Woods Foundation, established in 1996 by Woods and his father Earl, uses the proceeds from Tiger Jam to support a variety of charities, including Child Haven, Center for Independent Living, Greater Las Vegas Inner City Games, Boys & Girls Club of Las Vegas, UNLV Women’s Athletics, GRAMMY in the Schools and the VH1 Save the Music Foundation.

Tickets for the concert, which will also feature multiplatinum artists the Goo Goo Dolls, go on sale February 1 through Ticketmaster and the Mandalay Bay Events Center Box Office. Prices start at $45; no word on where they top out. Just remember, it’s for a good cause.
