Eve 6 Nixes Tour Dates
Eve 6 has decided to cancel a North American club and theatre tour, opting instead to shoot a new video and take on other promotional duties. The three-man group is expected to firm up a European tour for early 2001, according to a band rep.
The band will honor two radio sponsored dates – November 5 in West Palm Beach, Fla.; and November 26 in Tucson, Ariz., – but 13 other shows have been axed.
Eve 6 reportedly plans to tour Canada in December, though a final itinerary has yet to be worked out.
Another North American leg will likely happen early next year. Eve 6 has been out since the summer supporting its second album, Horrorscope.
The Southern California rockers co-headlined a tour with Goldfinger and performed on the Canadian Summersault festival tour in August with Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, A Perfect Circle, and Our Lady Peace.
