LeAnn Rimes Cancels Tour
LeAnn Rimes has been ordered by her physician to postpone her upcoming 30-date tour. The country singer has a strained vocal cord and has been prescribed a 60-to -90-day regimen of vocal rest and therapy, according to her publicist.
The tour was scheduled to start July 13 in Mt Pleasant, Mich., and was to run through September. Ticket refunds are available at the point of purchase.
Rimes is writing material for her next album, which comes out later this year. Her next single appears on the “Coyote Ugly” soundtrack and is scheduled for release in July.
