Peaches Geldof Post Mortem Inconclusive
Police said there will now need to be a toxicology report, something that could take a few weeks.
The daughter of Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates died April 7 aged 25, leaving a husband and two sons.
“Police were called at 13:35 BST on April 7, 2014, to an address near Wrotham following a report of concern for the welfare of a woman,” Kent police said.
They said the death is currently being treated as “unexplained and sudden”.
Friends of Peaches took to social media in droves to express their sadness at the loss of the socialite and writer.
“We are beyond pain,” said her father, confirming her death. “She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.”
Peaches was only 11 when her mother, TV presenter Paula Yates, died of a drug overdose in September 2000.
In September 2012 Geldof said she had not been able to come to terms with her mother’s death for several years.
