Rolling Stones Festival Dates
The Rolling Stones announce two Euro festival gigs – Netherlands’ Pinkpop and TW Classic in Belgium – for its “14 On Fire” tour. The band sez it will announce more major shows in Europe during the next couple of weeks.

Although the band was already on Pinkpop’s list of acts, the date – June 7 – hadn’t been locked down until this week. A brand new listing is June 28 in Werchter at TW Classic.
Glimmer Twins Mick Jagger and Keith Richards supplied quotes to go with today’s announcement.
Jagger: “I love festivals in the summertime and can’t wait for the tour to get to Europe.”
Richards: “Let’s keep this show on the road … the band are in top form so I’m really looking forward to getting back to Europe.”
The Stones also took the opportunity to plug the “Crossfire Hurricane” documentary as well as the Grrr! greatest hits collection and last year’s Glastonbury and Hyde Park performances that you can see in the new concert film “Sweet Summer Sun – Hyde Park Live!”
