Romeo Santos Slots Yankee Stadium Gig

When Romeo Santos performs at New York City’s Yankee Stadium this summer, he’ll become the first Latin artist to headline a concert at the new stadium.

Born and raised in The Bronx, Santos’ July 12 gig at the stadium will also make him the first Latin artist to perform on the New York Yankees’ home turf since the Fania All-Stars appeared at the original stadium more than 40 years ago.

Arriving today is the King Of Bachata’s second solo album, Formula Vol. 2. The artist is currently enjoying the success of having three hit singles, including his collaboration with Drake – “Odio.”
