The Fleshtones Go Touring

You just might find The Fleshtones in your neighborhood within the next few month.  Stepping out for some road action, the legendary garage band begins its journey in Brooklyn in late February.  Destinations include Pittsburgh, Dallas, Austin, and Atlanta.

If you never thought you’d see the day when The Fleshtones were written up in the Wall Street Journal, your time has come.  The band’s new song “Remember The Ramones,” from the album Wheel Of Talent, premiered via the newspaper’s Speakeasy column.

“We used to work our way up to the front at CBGBs and sit on the floor squeezed up against the monitors to watch the Ramones,” Singer Peter Zaremba told Speakeasy. “They were unlike anything we’d ever seen or heard before.”
