Former Pearl Jam Manager Pleads Guilty To Theft

The King County prosecutor’s office says a former employee of Pearl Jam’s management company has pleaded guilty to six counts of theft for embezzling more than $300,000 from the rock band.

KOMO-TV reports 55-year-old Rickey Goodrich was charged with using company accounts to pay personal debts and using band credit cards to pay for vacations and alcohol.

He worked for Curtis, Inc., between 2007 and 2010 and was chief financial officer when he left the company.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, Goodrich has already paid back $125,000 and has agreed to pay another $181,000 in restitution.

He faces up to 14 months in jail, plus repayment of the money.
