You never know when an emergency appendectomy will disrupt your tour plans.  Just ask Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres.  He’s the man whose misfiring appendix has forced the band to reschedule shows in South America and Mexico City.  Fortunately for fans, Bon Jovi is just moving the dates to the end of the month.

Here’s the revised routing:

Sept. 24 – Santiago, Chile, Estadio Monumental
Sept. 26 – La Plata, Argentina, Estadio Unico
Sept. 29 – Mexico City, Mexico, Foro Sol

According to BonJovi.com, the band’s Sept. 18 gig in Cordoba, Argentina has been canceled.  Refund details will be released shortly.

A vocal cord hemorrhage has resulted in up-and-coming artist Ariana Grande to scrub upcoming media appearances.

The 20-year-old singer, whose debut album, Yours Truly, topped the charts during its first week of release, tweeted the bad news to her fans Wednesday night.

Grande, who has been compared to a young Mariah Carey, is now a member of an exclusive club.  ABC News reports that only 16 women vocalists have made it to No. 1 with a debut album, including Britney Spears, Alicia Keys and Beyoncé.
