Seoul’s police department stepped into action before the concert and closed off part of the city centre as fans spilled into adjoining streets, according to London’s Daily Mail newspaper. The city’s subway system extended its daily schedule in order to handle fans leaving the open-area venue once Psy did what he’s known for.
