Rome Alone
Recruited in 2009 to fill the mighty big shoes left behind when Sublime frontman Bradley Nowell died of a heroin overdose in 1996, Rome has become firmly entrenched in the land of one-name singers. Rome’s relationship with Sublime began when he met the band’s co-founder/bassist Eric Wilson while recording at the same recording studio.
Now he’s got his own headlining tour, a short run through the first half of November that includes stops in Southern California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana and New York.
Along with this first jaunt with his name topping the bill, Rome recently release his debut EP – Dedication – on which he worked with studio heavies such as Benny Blanco (Maroon 5, Ke$ha, Wiz Khalifa), Dave Bassett (Shinedown, Halestorm), Robopop (Gym Class Heroes, Lana Del Rey) and The Futuristics (The Lonely Island Feat. Justin Timberlake & Lady Gaga). Promising a complete album in 2013, Rome records on the Fueled By Raman imprint.
Here is what Rome will be doing during the first two weeks of November:

Nov. 3 – Hermosa Beach, Calif., Saint Rocke
