R. Kelly Targets ‘Single Ladies’
During an interview with Associated Press, R. Kelly said his tour would be “one giant ‘Dating Game.’
“We really want the single ladies up there, and where guys know there’s single ladies, they’re going to be in the mix, because they’re looking for a woman,” Kelly said.
Kelly is also promising a return to the naughtiness that made him famous. Although his last two albums – the recent Write Me Back and 2010’s Love Letter – drew comparisons to Barry White and Marvin Gaye, the singer says the songs on his next album, Black Panties, will be somewhat reflective of the title.
