Lawyers for promoter Mothership Music complained they were unable serve him personally with papers in Melbourne when he performed at TV awards ceremony The Logies.
“His large entourage and security” prevented their process server from getting close enough to Flo Rida, Neville & Hourn principal Matthew Hourn said.
The Court decreed he could be served through his Facebook page.
Mothership sued after the rapper canceled the Oct. 11 event in Newcastle two hours before his set.
Flo Rida told AllHipHop.com he was not provided with transport. Mothership’s version is different.
