“I don’t see why in the world the Stones can’t put together some kind of show next year,” Richards told Rolling Stone. “I’d almost count on it. It doesn’t have to be the whole spectacle bullshit again, but we’ve got to find our own way through this.”

Ronnie Wood is apparently acting as the mediator as the two rock veterans attempt to heal the rift reportedly caused when Richards mocked the size of Jagger’s manhood in his million-selling autobiography.

“I think there’s a healing process waiting to take place. I think it’s happening now as we speak, but it has to be resolved,” Wood said, referring to Richards revealing details of Jagger’s anatomy in his biography.

He also confirmed the band is planning on rehearsing in London before the end of the month.

Jagger apparently says “anything is possible,” although he’s reportedly the one who has distanced himself from the idea of the rock veterans hitting the road again.

In September, Jagger reportedly said he’d prefer to go back to The Marquee, where the act played its first show, to unveil a commemorative plaque.

Rolling Stone also claims that sources close to the band have revealed major promoters including AEG Live and Live Nation have already been in touch.
