Korn Brings You ‘Korn’

Celebrating 20 years of rockin’ the world the Korn way, the band has one more road trip planned for 2015 featuring start-to-finish renditions of the album that started it all. Tickets for Chicago, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Oakland and other metal-lovin’ markets go on sale this week.

Produced by Ross Robinson Korn’s self-titled debut not only brought the Bakersfield band to the masses but the 1994 disc became a cornerstone of the nu metal genre. Acclaimed by Rolling Stone as “the most important metal album of the last 20 years,” the album sold 2 million copies worldwide. Singles included “Blind,” “Shoots and Ladders,” “Clown,” and “Need To.”

Now Korn is inviting you to return to the beginning of the journey. Sure, the band began celebrating two decades of making music last year, but now Jonathan Davis & Co. are planning on bringing the show to smaller, more intimate venues. Along with performing Korn in its entirety, the band will fill up its encore set with requests from its hard-rockin’ catalog.

The tour also includes special guests Suicide Silence and Islander. Here are the dates:
