Tool Headlining Monster Mash Music Fest

Tool’s next show is guaranteed to be a graveyard smash. The rock band headed up by Maynard James Keenan is headlining the Monster Mash Music Fest, which also features Coheed & Cambria, Santana, John Fogerty, Linkin Park, and Rob Zombie.

The inaugural festival takes place at Tempe Beach Park in Tempe, Ariz. Naturally, the three-day fest is scheduled over Halloween weekend, Oct. 30-Nov. 1.

Tool has the honor of playing the East Stage on Halloween. Saturday’s lineup also includes Coheed & Cambria and Primus.

Santana, Fogerty, and Tedeshi Trucks are lined up for Friday, Oct. 30. The final night features performances from Linkin Park, Rob Zombie, Deftones, Halestorm, and Ghost. More acts are yet to be announced for each night.

The festival appearance marks Tool’s first show (for now) since March 2014. Tickets for the Halloweens show go on sale June 26. Single-day tickets for Oct. 30 and Nov. 1 are available now. Visit MonsterMashAZ.com for more information.
