Kathy Griffin: Like A Boss
Griffin told GayRVA.com that she named the tour after learning that it’s rare for comedians not to get some help coming up with all those punchlines.
“I didn’t realize till recently that most stand up comedians don’t write their own material … but I write all my own material and I change it every time,” Griffin said. “I always have new stuff to talk about.”
New material includes her “thoughts on Caitlyn (Jenner), Barbra Streisand and those adorable Duggars.”
Before the tour kicks off June 20 in Washington, D.C., Griffin plays Knoxville, Tenn., June 17; Roanoke, Va., June 18; and Charlottesville, Va., June 19.
