Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers To Roll Through September
Bluhm and her Gramblers have been receiving raves for their latest LP.
“Shining, triumphant, anything but worse for the wear, the ground broken by Haim and Grace Potter is now sown with vaster influences, bringing a churchy elevation that suggests Levon Helm in an angel’s body,” wrote Paste Magazine’s Holly Gleason. Love Wild Lost is an album that gently pushes boundaries on the group’s established country pop while reaffirming a commitment to easy rolling melodies and Bluhm’s inviting, honeyed vocals that remains their most impressive asset,” is how American Songwriter’s Hal Horowitz described the LP.
The band recently debuted the video for the song “Waiting On Love,” which stars real-life couple Jason Ritter (“Parenthood,” “The Event,” “Girls”) and Melanie Lynskey (“Togetherness,” “Two and a Half Men.”) The vid telling a tale global attack was written and directed by Todd Hurvitz and was produced by Kyle Schember.
